How do I start a shopping direction?
Open Shaupa and describe what you need. You can begin with text, voice, an image or a URL, then refine the result in conversation.
Where do saved products go?
Use Boards to organise products and ideas you want to revisit. The internal route remains /library, but the product calls this area Boards.
Does Shaupa sell the products?
No. Shaupa supports discovery, styling and organisation, then links to the retailer's product page for current details and checkout.
How do I manage privacy or delete my data?
Review the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. Account deletion is also available from the account area.
